  • all products from RIBECO

  • Production and logistics

  • the entire supply chain, right up to the source of the raw materials

3. Commitment to social standards

For all relevant products, RIBECO (Richard Behr & Co.) requires compliance with applicable legal regulations and internationally recognized social standards. This is based in particular on the core principles of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI).

These include, among others:

  • no child or forced labor

  • fair wages in accordance with law or industry standard

  • regular working hours

  • Freedom of association and participation

  • Equal treatment and non-discrimination

  • safe and healthy working conditions

  • Environmental and corruption protection

These standards are binding for all stages of the supply chain.

4. Requirements and Implementation

We actively implement our social requirements and work exclusively with partners who:

  • meet local and international social standards

  • possess BSCI certifications or

  • can demonstrate equivalent certifications such as SA8000

Compliance is monitored by:

  • Risk-based assessments of our suppliers
