Refund policy
You may return all goods within the statutory return period of 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the goods show no signs of use. For mattresses, we grant you an extended return right of 30 nights after receipt.
To return goods, please identify your order via this link. Select the order and mark the products you wish to return. You can then request the return with a click. We will approve the return within 2 business days; you will receive a confirmation by email. This email will contain a link to print the return label.
Mattresses are collected by Hermes. You do not need to print a label, and the mattresses do not need to be packaged. If you do not like the mattress, collection from the German mainland is free of charge. Mattress collection from a German island and from Austria costs €119.00 per item. For returns from Switzerland, other EU countries, and non-EU countries, customers are asked to arrange the return themselves and at their own expense; the refund will be issued directly after receipt and inspection of the returns.
We bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please note that hygiene products (with the exception of mattresses, which are explicitly intended to be tested) must not be used if you wish to return them later; if you return hygiene products that have been used or show signs of use, you will have to bear the return shipping costs, and a refund for such used products is not possible.
