§1 Validity for companies and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer, in the version valid at the time the order is placed.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial activity nor to their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed through our online shop at https://www.ribeco.de .
(2) In the event that a contract is concluded, the contract is entered into with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but merely a non-binding invitation for the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.
The order process consists of the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the “Checkout” or “Proceed to checkout” button
5) Entering the billing and shipping address, selecting the shipping option, and confirming the payment method
6) Reviewing and, if necessary, correcting the entered data
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Submit” button
Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can review their information and correct input errors by using the “Back” button of their internet browser, which takes them back to the page where the information was entered. Alternatively, the consumer can cancel the order process by closing the internet browser.
We confirm receipt of the order immediately by sending an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). By doing so, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) by email. You can also view the GTC at any time at https://www.ribeco.de/agb Your past orders can be found in the customer area under “My Account” → “Orders”.
(6) You may request access to the data stored about you by RIBECO at any time and exercise your rights regarding your data; the precise regulations regarding this can be found in our privacy policy on this website.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices indicated include statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. Any additional shipping costs will be charged separately.
(2) Collection and Processing of Data for Payments via InfinitePay “Purchase on Account” or “Purchase by SEPA Direct Debit”
If payment is made using the InfinitePay payment methods “Purchase on Account” or “Purchase by SEPA Direct Debit”, the purchase price claim is assigned to Financial Management Solutions GmbH (operating under the brand InfinitePay), Haifa-Allee 28, 55128 Mainz (hereinafter “InfinitePay”). The data required for payment processing is transmitted to InfinitePay. This data transfer serves, among other things, to allow InfinitePay to carry out an identity and credit check in order to process your purchase using the selected payment method. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, due to the legitimate interest in offering multiple payment methods and the legitimate interest in protection against payment default.
You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, by notifying us.

If you wish to obtain information about the use of your personal data, you may contact datenschutz@fms-mainz.de at any time. Providing the data is necessary for concluding the contract using the chosen payment method. Failure to provide the data will mean that the contract cannot be concluded using the selected payment method.
(3) The following PayPal Plus payment methods are generally available in our shop:
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal, and authorize the payment.
If you choose PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal or register and authenticate yourself using your login credentials in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirming the payment instruction. Further instructions are provided during the order process.
If you choose credit card payment, registration with PayPal is not required. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after confirming the payment instruction and after you have been authenticated as the legitimate cardholder, at the request of PayPal, by your credit card company. Your card will be charged. Further instructions are provided during the order process.
If you choose direct debit, registration with PayPal is not required. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you of the date your account will be debited (pre-notification). Upon submission of the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment instruction, PayPal instructs its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The transaction is carried out and your account is debited. Further instructions are provided during the order process.

§4 Delivery
(1) Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will take place no later than within 14 business days. The delivery period begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental damage to the sold item passes to the buyer only upon handover of the item to the buyer. In this case, the buyer is entitled to subsequent performance or may withdraw from the contract within the scope of the right of withdrawal (§6).
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor independent professional activity.
Withdrawal Instruction
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For private individuals purchasing mattresses, an extended withdrawal period of 30 days applies from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must initiate a return via the customer portal. If you placed your order as a guest without a customer account, you can create a customer account here.
Please use the same email address for the customer account that you used to place the order. The order will be assigned to your account via this email address. You can select the products from the order and register them for return with one click. By doing so, you withdraw from the contract for the returned product.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. Excluded are additional costs arising from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract. For the reimbursement, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will fees be charged for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back, until the collection date has been confirmed, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless explicitly stated otherwise.
