We ship our products within Germany and Austria. Shipping is carried out via DPD and DHL, and the processing time is usually 2–3 business days. In special cases—such as mattresses—we use freight forwarding companies for delivery. In these cases, delivery times may differ from the standard delivery timeframe.

We currently do not ship to countries other than Germany and Austria.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@ribeco.de.
Damaged goods:
Please send us photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging so that we can find a solution.
Lost packages:
If your order has not arrived after 14 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping service provider and, if necessary, arrange a replacement delivery or a refund.
